FLEXIBLE & FREE TICKET EXCHANGE
Only subscribers can exchange tickets fee-free for another date and time of the same show (a savings of $8 per ticket). Exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the starting time of your scheduled performance.
Exchanges are available now for 2024/25 season shows. Subscribers will be notified when exchanges become available for 2025/26 season shows (usually mid-summer).
Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging to a higher-value ticket. There are no partial refunds for exchanging to a lower-value ticket. The $8 per ticket fee will be applied to exchange requests within less than 24 hours. You cannot exchange tickets from one production to another. There are no exchanges, refunds, or replacement tickets for missed performances. Other restrictions may apply.

DIGITAL TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets will be emailed to you three days before each show in your package — making delivery timely and limiting resale by ticket brokers. Please add noreply@order.denvercenter.org to your email safe-senders list to ensure order confirmation and mobile ticket delivery. Please contact us if you do not receive your tickets before your performance date. Some exceptions may apply.
REPLACE YOUR TICKETS
If you can’t find your tickets in your inbox, we are happy to resend them. Contact Subscriber Services and we’ll email them right away or assist you at Will Call.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS
If you are unable to use your tickets, submit a ticket donation form at least one hour before showtime to return your tickets as a tax-deductible donation. Some restrictions apply.

To take full advantage of your DCPA subscriber benefits, including auto-renewal and payment plans, please select “Save Payment Information” when you check out.
HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
If you have forgotten your password, please do not create a new account. Your subscription and benefits are linked to the email you used when you purchased your package.
If you’re not sure about your password, please select “Forgot Password” to reset it. Your account will lock on your tenth (10th) unsuccessful attempt. If your account is locked, you will need to wait at least 15 minutes before you can try again. You can always contact Subscriber Services for help unlocking your account or resetting your password.

Renewing Just Got Easier
To give you the most flexibility and guarantee your seats, we offer several services to make sure your ticketing needs are always met.
AUTO-RENEWAL
Your to-do list just got shorter! Starting in the 2025/26 season, Broadway and Theatre Company full season subscription packages will automatically renew for the following season.* That means you no longer need to go through the trouble of renewing every year. And you’ll never have to worry about losing your favorite seats or DCPA perks!
We’ll always give you a heads up via email before we renew your subscription 25-40 days prior to the renewal date. And, if you find that the season we announce isn’t quite your style, you’ll have ten days after the season announcement to easily opt out of your subscription renewal.
This is just one of the ways we’re improving your subscriber experience — pick a package that works for you, set it up, and forget it!
*You must have a saved payment method on your account to take advantage of auto-renewal. Patrons who have opted out of auto-renewal will not be automatically renewed. Check and update your opt-in status in your account.
RENEWAL DEADLINE
Only Full Season Subscribers enjoy the benefit of sitting in the same seats for all subscribed productions – year after year.*
If you are opted in to auto-renewal and have a valid payment method saved to your account, you’re all set!
If you opt out of auto-renewal, you will receive a season announcement next year via email with the opportunity to renew your package. Full season subscribers must renew by the stated renewal deadline to keep their assigned seating locations in the Buell (Broadway) and Wolf/Kilstrom (Theatre Company) Theatres. After the deadline, unrenewed seating locations will be forfeited and reassigned.
*Occasionally subscribers may be moved to another day or time due to the needs of touring productions or to accommodate exciting events such as the Colorado New Play Summit.
AFFORDABLE PAYMENT PLANS
Help fit more theatre into your life (and budget) with our monthly payment plan option. Plans are available for all subscription packages and allow you to spread the cost of your subscription over 2-5 monthly installments. Buy early for the most affordable payment plan!
*You must have a saved payment method on your account to take advantage of payment plans. Monthly payment plans for the 2025/26 season are available through June 14, 2025, and must be paid in full by July 15, 2025. All payment plans include an additional $10 per-package fee. Payments are charged on the 15th of each month after the initial payment month.

EARLY RENEW OPTION
Current subscribers always have the first opportunity to renew for future seasons. While it gives us peace of mind when you renew early (and saves you a few reminder emails!), you always have the full renewal period to save your seats before we go on public sale.
AUTO-RENEW OPTION –
Take the worry out of renewing with our option to auto-renew your subscription next season. If you’re happy with your subscription package and know you will want to renew for the next season, choose the auto-renew option when buying or renewing your package for the current season. Your saved payment method will be charged each spring until you opt-out (we will email to remind you first).
