Ruth Krebs
Ruth spent 30 years working in data networking and telecom for international Fortune 100 companies. She is a life-long advocate for women and girls around the world, directing her energy and financial support to numerous non-profit organizations focused on education, microfinance, and entrepreneurship. She and her husband, Peter, have been long-time subscribers of both DCPA Broadway and Theatre Company, as well as sponsors of The Who’s Tommy, Anna Karenina, Choir Boy, and Little Shop of Horrors. The couple will sponsor the 2025/26 season production of A Christmas Carol. Ruth joined the DCPA board in 2019 and was named Chair in 2025. Ruth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and German from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from University of St. Thomas.
