Courtney Esser
Courtney Esser has taught with the DCPA and the Theatre Development Fund in New York, working with young people and adults to discover their voices through the art of storytelling. At the Denver Center she has taught numerous voice and movement classes, coached and led workshops, and facilitated the creation of scratch-made plays, musicals, and trapeze movement projects. She is a proud graduate of the National Theatre Conservatory here in Denver, and the Actor’s Center in New York, where she studied with the Royal Shakespeare Company and head faculty from Julliard, NYU, and Yale. As a performer, Courtney has worked regionally with the Denver Center Theater Company, Benchmark, the National Theater Conservatory, the Culture Club, and Seattle’s Greenstage.
