Myriam has prepared her annual Passover Seder and invited family (Jack, her husband, and Nikki, her daughter from a prior marriage) and a very diverse group of friends. The Seder is progressing smoothly until each person is asked about present day bondages. Suddenly religion and politics — the two things to avoid talking about at dinner — threaten to hijack the proceedings, seriously testing some close friendships. This humorous yet tension-filled play asks the question: how do we preserve our cherished relationships when issues drive a wedge between us?
