The Denver Center for the Performing Arts is committed to ensuring that our performances and the venues in which we operate are accessible to people of all abilities. We offer a variety of performance options and materials to provide an enjoyable experience for all.
Wheelchair seating and courtesy wheelchairs
- Wheelchair and companion seats are available in all theatres. These seats are sold online for performances in the Stage, Space, Ricketson and Jones theatres. Purchase of accessible seats for the remaining theatres is available at 303.893.4100, TTY 303.893.9582 or through our Accessible Seating Request form.
- Courtesy wheelchairs
are available for all theatres; see an usher for assistance.
- Wheelchair accessible parking is located on levels 3, 4 and 5 of the garage. Curbside ramps are located at either 14th and Curtis streets or 13th St. under the Arts Complex. Ushers can direct patrons to interior elevators and ramps. View a map
Assistance for Patrons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Assistive Listening Devices are available in all theatres from an usher. Provide a photo ID for a deposit and specify if you require a hearing aid compatible unit.
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available on select dates and in select seats for each production. Inquire when ordering or view our schedule.
- Open Captioning is available for most Broadway touring productions on select dates. Inquire when ordering or view our schedule.
Assistance for Patrons who are blind or have low vision
- Audio-description describes each production's visual aspects. It is available on select dates for each production. Inquire when ordering or check our schedule.
- Braille and large print versions of Applause program magazine are available upon request from an usher; provide a photo ID as a security deposit.
