VIP Evenings puts your message in front of our corporate clientele and patrons throughout the Arts Complex. VIP Evenings are our premium theatre experience, offering the best seats to a Broadway show, a pre-show cocktail party and an elegant dinner in our
Ballroom to crowds of 200 to 800 guests.

Single VIP Evening — $15,000
- 30-40 VIP Tickets
- Sponsor credit on one VIP Evening:
- website (with link)
- printed materials (distribution: 25,000)
- e-mail blasts
- digital marquees surrounding the Arts Complex (100,000 cars/day)
- advertising including a half-page corporate profile in Applause program magazine (circulation 1000,000/issue)
- Eligibility for discounted “partner” advertising rates in Applause
- Inclusion in donor listings in our Annual Report and Applause
- Acknowledgment on signage, Power Point and lighting at one VIP Evening
Single VIP Evening co-sponsor — $7,500
Includes the above with the exception of seating for 20 guests
VIP Evening Series sponsor — $35,000
Multiply all of the VIP Evening Sponsor benefits (above) by seven. You will have a presence on all seven of our VIP Evenings throughout the year. Plus you will receive:
- Full-page, color profile in Applause program magazine
- 80 VIP Tickets
VIP Evening Series co-sponsor — $25,000
Includes the above with the exception of seating for 50 guests
Sampling — $2,500 to $5,000
