Take the planning out of your event when you book a venue at The Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Our seasoned staff uses creativity, ingenuity and practiced skill to ensure that your event is seamless from the parting of the curtain to the final bow.

Facility rental includes:

  • 24 staging platforms (4' x 8' in 8" leg increments)
  • Round or banquet tables and chairs
  • House sound system for musicians or DJ providing maximum control of sound in the facility
  • Lighting systems (general wash for the stage, guest seating and other elements) and a choice of 13 colors for the fiberoptic "starry" lights in the ceiling
  • Labor including:
    • Event Designers (Technical Director and Event Manager) who meet with you months in advance to plan the best artistic and practical design for your event resulting in a detailed floor plan and cost estimate for your approval.
    • Event Manager who fine tunes details from load-in to load-out and attends the event to ensure everything from the timeline and setup to the A/V and cleanup goes smoothly.

Our venues can accommodate fewer than 100 people up to 1,000. Choose from:

  • Seawell Grand Ballroom — a 10,000 square foot room with mountain views
  • Theatres — available on a limited basis, these theatres range from 185 to 750 seats
  • Lobbies — with soaring ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, you can host a party for up to 400 guests
